students who have taken our Beginner Djembe classes, or equivalent.
We continue from just where we left off, and your
drumming gets even more exciting for you!
Deepen your
relationship to the drum and pulse, refine your technique,
learn new material, and enjoy reviewing and playing
your old favorites!
Usually offered as a series of
90 minute, 6, 8, or 10 weekly classes. 2-hour workshops can also be created.
Welcome pre-teens through adults. Drums available for in-class
rental and purchase.
This class is almost always offered each season at our store in Nokomis, Sarasota County, Florida. Once you're in a Beginner class, your lessons continue the same day and time, as you move into your "Beyond Beginner: Djembe Level 2" classes.
