Please fill out the Registration Form below, and mail it to us, along with your payment(s). Our addresses (Maine and Florida) are both on the Form. Send it to the state where you'll be taking the class.

• If you are registering for more than one class and/or workshop, please write a separate check for each (this is helpful in case one of the events gets cancelled). A separate Registration Form is not necessary. You can instead list each class and/or workshop in the space provided on the Registration Form.

• When more than one person from the same household is registering for the same class or workshop, they may share one Registration Form and pay with the same check (saves paper!). Please put the names of all registrants on the Registration Form.

• Please make your check(s) payable to The Rhythm Inlet.

• So we may continue offering quality programs at affordable prices, we are no longer accepting credit cards for classes and workshops. We apologize for any inconvenience.
