We're at 2301 Tamiami Trail North (Route 41), on the north end of Nokomis, which is between Sarasota and Venice. We're easy to get to from either Route 41 or I-75. If you're on Route 41, we're on the west side, on the corner of Lychee Rd.. Enter our parking lot from Lychee Rd.. You'll find us across the street from Mama Leone's Restaurant, and next to Family Eye Care and Silent Sports Kayaks.

From the north on Route 41
When you pass Oscar Scherer State Park on your left, and the Osprey/Nokomis line, you have less than a mile to go. Get in the right hand lane, look for the "Color Cars" sign on your right, "Mama Leone's Restaurant" on your left, and immediately you should see our sign on your right, with a Real Estate office sign above it, (and you may also see lots of kayaks if Silent Sports is open), and it's time to turn right onto Lychee Rd.. Turn right into our parking lot; we're in the back corner. (If you're on Route 41 and you see "Waterfrontoo Restaurant" on your right, you have just passed Lychee Rd., so get into the left hand lane and make a U-turn!)
 
From the south on Route 41
Go through most of Nokomis, and pass Route 681 on your right, and the overpass above you. When you see "RV World" on your right, get all the way over to the left turn lane. Turn left onto Lychee Rd., immediately after "Waterfrontoo Restaurant" on your left. Turn right into our parking lot; we're in the back corner. (If you're on Route 41 and you see "Mama Leone's Restaurant" on your right, you have just passed Lychee Rd., so get into the left hand lane and make a U-turn!)
 
From the north on I-75
Take Exit 200. As you approach this exit, there will be signs for "Venice", "Nokomis", "Osprey" and "Oscar Scherer State Park" (not necessarily in that order!). The exit ramp puts you directly onto Route 681 heading west (a 4-lane highway), traveling about 4 miles to Route 41. Take the "Osprey" exit ramp on your right, which is before the exit for Nokomis and Venice. (Yes, ignore the exit for Nokomis). Merge into Route 41 North. You will immediately see "RV World" on your right. Get all the way over to the left turn lane. Turn left onto Lychee Rd. immediately after "Waterfrontoo Restaurant" on your left. Turn right into our parking lot; we're in the back corner. (When you're on Route 41 and you see "Mama Leone's Restaurant" on your right, you have just passed Lychee Rd., so get into the left hand lane and make a U-turn!)
 
From the south on I-75
Take Exit 195, Laurel Rd.. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left at the light, onto Laurel Rd., heading west. This is a straight, 4-lane road that brings you to Route 41. Turn right onto Route 41/Tamiami Trail, traveling north in Nokomis, and pass Route 681 on your right and the overpass above you. When you see "RV World" on your right, get all the way over to the left turn lane. Turn left onto Lychee Rd. immediately after "Waterfrontoo Restaurant" on your left. Turn right into our parking lot; we're in the back corner. (If you're on Route 41 and you see "Mama Leone's Restaurant" on your right, you have just passed Lychee Rd., so get into the left hand lane and make a U-turn!)
